yep, tested it on openMSX in ntsc machines when coded the music frequence fix (so music play at the same speed in pal and ntsc machines). Here's a video: 50Hz (first case) and 60 Hz (second case)then patched version running @60Hz (3rd case).
Video quality is low because I had to use OBS Studio for recording (because videos generated by openMSX had different fps of course and I couldn't be able to merge them in one video). Seems that code works light slowly on ntsc machines (I think because you have less time to do all the tasks at 60Hz than at 50Hz) but it is still playable a lot, I swear! The video is older (11 days) than the last I linked:
Nice! Good progress. Really like those updates coming. Great to see your product, and great to see that the community is alive kicking.
By the way - are you on windows (10)? Just hit WinKey-G and record via the windows-xbox-interface. Or directly: WinKey-Alt-R to toggle recording of the current window. Smooth mp4-recording out of the box.
The patch skips music playing every 6th interrupt?

Nice!
I'm thinking you are correct; it seems to me that there's a particularly noticeable slowdown during busy screens.
Did you get any feedback from the MSXDev team in the mean time?

Yep, the code check frequency when the ROM is booting. Then it set a variable that is checked during ISR, before calling the player.

Not yet, I'm sorry. But in the meanwhile I found someone that is composing musics for the game

A shame you haven't heard from them yet, but... great news about the music....
Hi thegeps,
I followed your game developement for a while now and must admit that it is very promising.
Maybe I can support your project by providing some PSG BGM Music?
I just started creating some tunes with Arkos Tracker II, and as I understand you already use music composed with that tracker. I uploaded to examples as MP3 to my website https://defdanny.de/2020/04/08/psg-chiptunes/
Maybe you would find it fitting for your game?
You can find more of my old musical stuff on my website https://defdanny.de
I am thining of recycling some of my older tunes with Arkos Tracker II.
Best regards
Daniel

I'm sorry, as I said few post ago I've already found someone else for musics and sfx...
But I just read that some help is required in another project. Here's the link:
