Replied. AFAIK the price includes 15$ shipment fee and Paypal's own fee that is around 15% for Russia (transaction + money withdrawal fees).

In addition: The seller also offers PayPal "Friends" option, which makes a difference of 15$ in the final price.

correction: PayPal Friends option 82 US$, otherwise 94 US$ (attention: Prices may change, so no warranty, please ask the seller directly)
And also: PayPal demands an additional fee for sending money from EU to Russia (in my case around 3,72 EUR)
You have to pay directly after pre-ordering, the shipping costs (around 15$) will be paid after the cartridge is produced and ready for shipment.

I got a ticket of € 95,- as a friend. Paypal added € 1,something.
Not sure if I paid the shipping yet. This thread suggests that'll be paid later. Though if I see defdanny's dollars I might just have paid the shipping.
