what kind of pcbs do you have, depending on where the holes are you can use the sunrise ...
If it is konami style then you have a problem

Hmm not every card is a sd interface.
If people take in consideration how it fits into a cart before and not after.
Look if you want to clone a konami or make a flashcopy of it make a pcb then also in the way it fits and not the way opposite.

You are funny Smile
As you know that the holes for a konami pcb are potitioned differently then allmost all other pcbs. I just found that out and your lovely casing (I really like it) has not enough room at the back side to have thick components over there.
For oeioei it is important to know where the holes are of his PCBs to fit it into a casing.
Would be good if there was proper documentation around of where holes should be placed so people can design properly in advance instead of just guessing where to put holes and hope that things fit when you have the final pcb in hand, I am not going to rip up all my carts at home to find out where I should place holes in a PCB Wink

@sunrise

Is there some 2D or 3D CAD information available of your cartridge or even of the mould/tool? I may have some CAD software to read it and produce some usefull drawings with dimensions in pdf format....

Or was the tool made from a sample and not from 2D or 3D drawing?

I could make a drawing of the cartridge and/or the maximum PCB dimensions, and maximum component height (If done that before....) Hannibal

Well almost every one has a sunrise cart ( IDE /CF , moonsound , ....) one can just unscrew it and see how to make a pcb that fits into it, taking example of the one inside ?
