is there a program wich will tell me how many memory a msx has.
i have 2 msx computers
1 nms 8245 1 nms 8250
both have extra build in chips , i think both are a memory upgrade.
thank.

Would that be slot "3-2" ? (usual place where Philips MSX2's have their RAM). If so: that's just 1 (one) slot, and it would mean this machine has memory mapper expanded from factory 128K -> 256K.
Is this the 8245 or the 8250? And the other machine?

it's a 8250
it has a extra little board in the machine, wich is connected with a bunch of wiring to the original ic's on the msx board it self
the extra print, looks factory aftermarket.
but the wiring is flatcable type
i was also thinking about twice 256kb but if i am correct the 8250 only has 128kb ram so that would be have doubled and is now 256kb ram
correct?
