So you are gonna organize this thing? I suggest you find a location first, then you know when its available.

Meeting or fair? You decide, you are the organizer.

What I want to say is this: organizing a fair or even a simple meeting is an awful lot of work. It's not something that can be done by just shouting some ideas in a forum like this.

I suggest it'll be a low scale meeting......And seriously, the Buurtcentrum JAS in Vinkhuizen is kinda neat. And it has a good bus connection from central trainstation......And I think it's cheap as well.

An easy and relaxed way of getting there sure counts big as far as I'm concerned, but I'd like to know the where and when part of the story first...

Moderator/admin: Is it possible to move this topic to the Dutch subforum? As far as I can see is it a mainly Dutch/Belgium thing at the moment.

Typing in Dutch is so much easier.

yes.. but people from other countries also sometimes visit fair here in holland you know
and if it is gonna be a replacement for tilburg.. well.. Tilburg has been the International MSXFair for years
