What an extraordinary day. I believe that more than 30 people visited the meeting. For me, there were a lot of familiar faces but also some people who I hadn't seen in over 8 years. It was in 1997 when the previous MSX Computer Club Groningen held their last meeting. It was very cool to see some of these old clubmembers again.
The weirdest thing for me happened at the end of the meeting, though. We (well, we....Snout and Erik 
) were cleaning up things (Man, does Team Bomba mess up!!) and suddenly some dude is standing in the door opening, stambling: 'Uhm, is this the MSX club meeting?' We were like: 'Yes, but you're too late, it just ended. Better luck next time'. He continues: 'Ah well, ok. It's just, I was returning my hired video and I suddenly saw this 'MSX' sign and given the fact I'm busy building up some MSX gear again, I thought: HEY, that's cool, let's go upstairs'.....
What I mean is.......Imagine......Anno 2005, you're having these nostalgic feelings about MSX, you're even trying to buy some old MSX computer somewhere and here you're walking the streets of your local city, returning some porn dvd or something and there you see this sign: 'MSX meeting'....Imagine!! The odds are just too much against you......Still, it happened to that dude, just this afternoon. Incredible.
