I can do music, but my time is constrained and I haven't tried any of these new shiny, more powerful trackers yet (and never really experimented with SCC, apart from playing around with SCC Musixx from Tyfoon Soft for a bit when it came out). So for me it would be old-skool Moonblaster for OPLL/OPL (or MBFM/MBWave).
So I can do some, if you're willing to be patient. Probably better to ask others though

do you has something relevant published?
This guy is playing some drum game on MSX. They put my music into the game (although I didn't know about it... Meits gave me this link some time ago)
The Moonblaster sample music disks might contain some other examples, as well as the Golden Power Disc magazines, SyntheSector music disks, Sunrise Magazines, some old games like 3-Square, DuckTales. MRC itself also has some specific MBWave songs available for download.
But again: I'm old and behind times. Probably best to look for some fresh composer first.

msx is old school. I don't know what I am looking for about music programs or replayer, because is a topic that I am not in.
flyguille: what MOA is saying is that he's an oldie in the Dutch MSX scene
But you can be sure to get smooth sounding tracks if you ask him to compose, at least, if he hasn't lost his touch after 20 years ;-)

ah ok, no problem, if he can do for this game... I am glad if he can do it.
Master Of Audio if I remember good
That's him indeed... And this clip starts off with his latest work...
We had a lot of luck with Dutch Moonsound Veterans as it was around christmas he contributed. His anual period of free time...
@MOA: You still have what it takes and as this one tune proved you don't lack inspiration... Give it a go... Always good to see you credited :)
for me, he is ok, seems the way to go.
