If OPL4 is an option I would love to use MBFM for a change.
I would love to hear that, although I’m not sure there’s replayer code for it?
What strange...
Naturally MBFM came with a replayer.
Maybe are you confusing with Oracle?
Ok, I must be wrong then, luckily!
I thought lack of a replayer was one of the reasons for lack of use of MBFM. I’d love to hear OPL4 FM music
.
Sampling is easier to get new sounds for beginners i guess
im not a superstar myself wrt fm synthesis
the MBFM will pitch up in 7mhz turbo msxs?
@ flyguille: If I'm not mistaken, I don't expect it will. The Moonsound has its own "master-clock".

which % here has moonsounds? or the replayer works also for others opl cartridges?

I don't see any reason why the Moonsound FM replayer wouldn't work on any OPL4 (!) suitable for MSX (Moonsound or Dal-So-Ri). But it won't work on MSX-Music or MSX-Audio.

Should do a poll to get some insight. Unfortunately it's not part of the Steam Survey (http://store.steampowered.com/hwsurvey).
Emulators support it, but if you're aiming for market penetration, you should probably go for OPLL/OPL1 (Moonblaster).

So, are you in?
Sure, if you can decide what replayer is suitable for your engine (and again if you're willing to be patient as I'm a busy man, still chasing other ppl's bugs at this hour of the day on a WiiU devkit).
