Same here:

However, if I use a Japanese VPN (that I normally use to reach Yahoo Japan), it works! Probably a problem of certificate for the data security.

I have fitted my TMS-RGB to my Toshiba HX-10, going to a Sega Megadrive2 output socket and then added an RAD2X for output to HDMI and it is beautiful.
