Converting a COLECO ADAM game would be more difficult than converting a COLECOVISION game ?

Demonseed, have you played 1980s MSX cassette games? Tongue Many of them didn´t have in-game music. Some of course did, like Pac-mania, but mostly they didn´t.

That´s why I STILL get delighted when I play MSX/Colecovision game which HAS in-game tune. Smile

Are all those "Mass-Tael" titles from back then, like Candoo Ninja, Tele Bunny, Mouser etc. also MSX/Colecovision games?

In that case I think I'm beginning to understand.

If not, I'm even more confused. Smile

Yes, they are. (thought Telebunny & Mouser have nice ingame music)

But I just meant that most of my (cassette) games which I had in the 1980s, didn´t have ingame music.

That´s why hearing in-game musics still makes me happy. Smile It feels something special.

That´s all.

But I understand, that those, who didn´t had any cassette games and only had late eighties Konamis or some other companies´ cartridges which had in-game music, may be really confused of my words.

But believe me, most of my 80s software were cassette games, and most of them didn´t have ingame music.

That´s why I still feel that ingame music is a rare thing in MSX games. Smile

That´s all folks.

I see. Smile

Well, the earliest recollection I have is somewhere around 1984, in my dad's basement where a Philips MSX was plugged in along with a tape player.
And a tape game with a tank moving vertically and shooting other tanks which I quite liked.

But I was 4 years at the time.
Later memories indeed include mostly games with in-game music.

So, if the reader is unaware about the kind of games / era you did mean, that comment could be taken pretty confusing, as I was. Wink

Tank Battalion ?

Not Tank Batallion; this game was from side perspective.
And I think I'm mistaken about the tank;
The enemies were tanks, but you had more like some piece of heavy artillery thingie.

If you'd lose the game, the enemy would raise a flag with a death head on top of your base.
(emphasizing the fact that all your base are belong to them)
