Is downloads@msx.org the only route I can use?

AFAIK, yes... Or hopefully some of the MRC admins read this thread and explains better how it can be done.

does not work on turbo R but on msx1 on blueMSX.

It's an interesting idea, but the execution leaves a bit to be desired. Appears to only run an MSX1. It's not reliable. It skips characters while printing in both programs and just printing listings. And it seems to hang/reboot rather quickly. It would have been nice to see the normal font for a 40 column multicolour screen and for it to actually scroll the colours as well.

So a challenge for someone seeking one. Tongue

the fill command works more more faster than the corrisponding paint command Smile
add the missing (in easy way) ability to print charater & gfx in basic Smile
interesting the implementation of new commands without call Smile
unfortunately a bit buggy Tongue
