Just to make something clear: I have absolutely no doubt that Sunrise and Rob are decent and honest. If they weren't, they wouldn't be so respected in the community. I've placed my order exactly because of such an extraordinary record.

I am just trying to solve a problem I had. I am aware that if everybody that had a great experience with Sunrise post in this topic it would probably be one of the biggest thread on MSX.ORG history. Smile

But, unfortunately, that wouldn't solve my particular problem. And all that I want is to join the fanclub. Preferebly playing Manbow2. Wink

I also have had good experiences with Sunrise, but admittedly, in the more recent years, replies have been slower. There are probably good reasons for that, but it's true. I'd suggest to be gentle, but a little persistent in the communication. Smile

I just wonder why you didn't contact him earlier... quite some time between 21 July and 10 October! If shipment has gone wrong, you would have known in a few weeks right? Maybe then it could still have been fixed. But on the other hand, I have no idea what went wrong of course. I am just saying that I think that time gap is quite big.

Manuel, he said he would send the second item on september. That's why i've emailed him on october. I assumed in good will he waited to send it alltogether - after all, we're talking about Sunrise here.

Anyway, it doesn't matter: The fact is i have never received an definitive answer or tracking number. And on the last mail i got from him (october) he never said he sent the items, just said about his father. And then, silence. It is quite hard to believe items were send and got lost.

Finnaly, i'm sorry to say but it is extremely odd to try to blame me for it. I did my part: paid quickly and without hassle, waited in good will, tried to solve quietly for 6 months. Wink Always asked for a shipment tracking number and i'm still waiting for it.

Nah, really.. there is no excuse for letting people wait that long and not answering their e-mails. Sorry. After such a period, I'd consider writing a very angry letter to put it mildly and maybe even contact Paypall about this, but I guess it's to late to open a case for this order...

Manuel, I feel i have to ask you to forgive me too. It is not your fault at all and i feel I've overreacted. I hope you understand what i've been through and how hard it is to come public into a place Sunrise is (with reason) very well seen and place such accusation - those are not confortable shoes that I am wearing right now. Smile

And I do hope to have any contact too, but nothing so far. Tried to write from another email address, let's see how it goes. :/
