I agree with Edoz.
Also knowing that Sunrise is producing them and reading all Sunrise topics I already expected that it would be delayed and that communication would be scarce. So just be patience, in the end you will have a nice peace of hardware. 
I think even though the communication could be better, we should be happy that Sunrise is still producing these! I’m glad to know that this giant of the MSX scene still exists

I think it's nothing special. Don't worry: At the end Sunrise NEVER disappointed people!
As it's a hobby project it may happen that there is a lack of communication sometimes, but nothing serious
And as Grauw said, we can be more than happy, that there are still guys like Sunrise who are producing and providing such wonderful MSX hardware...
MSX Is a hobby, but If took money from a guy, in exchange of a item or a service,
You are engaged to respect delay, and at least keep your customers informed. That 's the minimal to do ... I think 
ericb59 is right. When the customer service couldn't be contacted without the aid of secret service or special agents (through mysterious clues scattered around the globe) there's something fishy going on, so to speak.
