Dhau is a member since 2003 and there were no policies back then. He didn't agree to any of that shit, so you can't bring it up. It has no legal meaning at all.

Neither has the request to remove them. It will be a tough legal battle to get them removed; I get a lot of letters from lawyers telling to remove things on behalf of, not DMCA related and they never go through to battle as they know they have no chance of winning. And I don't have policies as I know I don't need them. If you post stuff online (facebook, forums, etc) be prepared for it to be public and it will never disappear. Don't like it; don't post anywhere.

When was section 2.1 introduced and why do you believe it covers all messages retroactively?

What is the status of MRC? Is it a non-profit? What happens to advertisement revenue beyond paying for hosting services? Would it be a fair statement that msx.org is a profit generator for you?
