What is the target of these project.
I mean.
For sure the 1st one is the feature of use my MSX on my LCD monitor. Great if all the emulation would be perfect (for example sprite support and so on..)
But what about the others?
I saw a SD Card unit: maybe Procyon will be MegaFlashRom+SD compatible?
I saw audio output. maybe a fully compatible emulation of MOONSOUND,MSX-MUSIC,MSX-AUDIO,SCC ???
I saw a powerful CPU, maybe the video output would emulate V9958 ???
I saw Ram modules, maybe it will support also a RAM expansion to the MSX?

Sorry for the questions, but I'm curious like a cat :-)

well, the price would really depend on the batch quantity, manufacturing cycle, simplicity of the logistics etc.
IMHO it could be below 100$. Anyway I have no commercial interest in this. (no share in the cost structure)

In principle all what you have listed and more will be simultaneously implemented on this card.

Thanks, I read all the documentation: it's simply FANTASTIC.
I mean, there were/are many projects on the MSX scene but only few became true.
I sincerely hope yours would be one of them.
I would be very interested in it, to vitalize my old VG-8235.
Have you got a roadmap and a scheduled launch in your mind?

Enabling more sprites per line doesn't actually change the visuals.

I think some games would be affected by sprites per line setting. Can you try Zexas Limited and Zanac Ex ? I wonder if it will look better with many sprites per line or will look worser instead Smile

I'll try Zexas. BTW, never heard about this gameWink Looks very cool.

Zanac-EX can't try yet, since it is for V9938. I don't support yet sprite mode 2 and screen 5...

Tested on SkyJaguar, Arkanoid, Nemesis. So far 8/16 or even 32 sprites per line support changes nothing.... IMHO, the designers well optimized these games to cope with TMS9918 limitations.
