Ah, then, my HB-20p has some problem in the slot. Do not worry, this kind of failure is normal, almost all the videogames had some kind of bug in some part Smile

VDP is not the problem. I only made a reference to it to make clear that I know that machine.

And Uridium worked pretty fine on my 20P. I don't own Megaflash SCC+SD but Padial's SD card works ok as long as you have FAT12 card. To use FAT16 cards you need DOS2 (unless my memory is wrong now), and then you need a memory mapper. No need to say that Megaflash SCC+ too. 99% sure I played the dev version there.

Is the Uridium cartridge the same version as the dev? I'm almost sure I read it had something new or so.

@Valkyr: Please, I'm curious, can you tell me what does this BASIC line show on your 20P?

PRINT INP (&HA8)

Hi Artrag,
One question, I´ve been playing Uridium in TrSt, 8245, Mitsubishi ML-G1, 8250, Hb-F9 and the game works fine.
But this morning I wanted to play in my Sony HB-20P and the cartridge reboot constantly the computer.

There is no reason for this behaviour. The Uridium cart needs 32K of ram in the same slot.
According to Openmsx, the Sony HB-20P is a plain msx1 with 64K of ram in slot 3 and the T6950PAL as VDP.

In my tests on this machine using openmsx the rom works perfectly, you have just to select "Toshiba" as VDP Type in order to have a correct appearance of the in game levels.

Would it be possible that you have a damaged machine ? Do you have any other cart plugged when you try Uridium?
Do you use slot 1 for Uridium if you have other carts plugged? Have you done modifications to add ram or replaced any inner component?

There is also the possibility that emulation in openmsx is missing some aspect of the HB-20P that prevents the 64K rom to boot. But it would be worth investigating what is going wrong.
