Based on game map and instruction manual, Pentaro can cross the whole Antartic continent in more or less one hour (yeah, something like the speed of a jet fighter ). He does not look so fast on the screen.
I just had him running 600 km in 90 seconds. That's 24000 km/h.
That's a trip around Eath in some 1 hours and 40 minutes
I don't think Interstellar travel can be measured with the facts that we have. In "fight mode" Zone Terra is good candidate although I don't know what to think of star field in front of planets.

And even at that speed you're usually too late to save the princess ! Unless you make a pause of course, go figure...
The one from Time Pilot can travel through time/space

Wow. Like the T.A.R.D.I.S... so... Time Pilot space ship should be the fastest.
The ranking:
- Time Pilot
- Pentaro.
- Zone Terra
- Gradius space ships
- Aleste
- ...
As there is a Star Trek game for MSX, the Enterprise is a good candidate as it can reach warp speed.
Uridium spaceship warps between stages, so that's a fast one!
I don't know if aleste/aleste2 ship has "hyper-space" mode. Because we never can see the ship in the deep space... Really are the stages of Aleste planets... or different zones of the same planet?
Aleste 2 is mostly the planet Earth some years in the future, except for stage 4 where they are sucked into another dimension where time passes faster, so the vagrants have already dominated the Earth when she returns.
Then the time inside the other dimension passes slower, doesn't it?
Yeah, from the point of view of earthlings, I think time passes slower inside the dimension.
