The always happy and enthousiastic 90s MSX composer Danilo Danisi a.k.a. Dandan shouldn't be a stranger to them who've been around in the scene since the big days. Coming to think of it, why isn't there a wiki entry about this creative person who gave a lot of musical colour to the products of Instrument of Darkness (IOD)?
Before he joined IOD he was already a very active Italian MSX user with an emphasis on his musical skills. Be sure to follow the Old New Stock series as he'll pop up quite some more times. Even in productions you might never even have heard of. In the early days he had to deal with FAC Soundtracker which was quite limited as it can handle both MSX-Music and MSX-Audio, but only one at the time.
As even his Moonblaster compositions are mostly aimed to be solely played back on MSX-Audio it's quite obvious the use of this chip is recommended in this 1992 music disk.
Before Audio Wave became an IOD production Dandan put his own music in the replayer and filled the disk with music that might have inspired him. Knowing this it's not a big surprise that there's some Impact music on this edition as well.
To avoid saying everything there is to say about Dandan, it's better to go straight to the relevant link.
