Yeah, Cherry Tree Bridge is pretty lovely. Has some very nice elements to it. (Listening to the (mixedly received) Super Arrange as well, I got reminded of Plaid a bit there

I think I like the Untold arrangement best. (A pity they didn't go for the 2nd loop, or another extended form there.)
Add some sleigh bells and you've got an X-mas tune right there! :)
Kinda wish some tunes would get picked up by some (of the better) cover artists.. Perhaps I should drop some request(s) ;)

Nice observation about Cherry Tree Bridge: it's indeed very xmas like. You also got me addicted to these Louis Cole videos and his songs are catchy as hell. So who knows.
My current hot-list in random order is (I might be able to cover 1, 2 or even 3 ... depending on complexity, I guess):
- Some Ys 8 song (potentially the one I referred to)
- EO: Cherry Tree Bridge
- EO: Withered Forest
- K7: Rave On
- K7: First Ending/Staff Scroll

Since you mentioned you play the piano (and perhaps even more instruments?), have you (ever) considered doing a tune combining MSX sound & real instruments (and then making a nice YT video of it) ?
Personally, I'd totally dig that. (And as you already know how to play Cherry Tree Bridge... ;-))
