Oh yayness!

It just worked right after throwing it at my SuperCard CF! There is plenty of room for improvement, but since this is v0.1a, I think this has the potential of becoming one of the best fMSX ports ever!

is it better than fmsxds?

also, manuel, isn't openmsx way too heavy for a puny ds? Wink

@Samor: "better than fMSXDS" in my case means: "PenkoDS works, fMSXDS does not".

If you know how I can get fMSXDS to run on a DS with PassMe and a SuperCard CF, please tell me.

openMSX is quite lightweight, as we all know Smile

perhaps, but if there are problems getting fmsx up to speed on a ds, then I think openmsx would be harder; remember that fmsx is very old and was running speedy on fast 486's and slow Pentiums.

@BodyHammer - can't help there, I just know fmsxds works with flashme/gbamp

IMHO, fMSXDS is still the best one so far. However, when PenkoDS gets its act together with regards to improving on the ROM/DISK start/reset timing/sound side of things it will soon surpass fMSXDS.

The wait is on for the next release of PenkoDS! Wink
