Korean MSX user Overrich has produced a batch of great looking MSX cartridge cases, Konami sized, available in three different colors: Mega Black, Shark White and a limited edition in the semi-transparent Clear Beast Black. From the looks of it, the cartridges have great build quality and - not unimportant for hardware developers - opening them is as simple as can be with 2 small screws on the back.

They look great! If I'm not mistaken, there's quite a demand for cartridges like these in Europe. I hope it's possible to order them from Korea for a friendly price...

You may assign that game this utility the following examples:
White = V9990 ?
Black = (msx1/msx2/msx2+) ?
transparent = MsxTR ?

they are konami sized, but also layout compatible? i wanna grab some padial stuff sometimes (memory mapper for one)
and this looks like a good solution

Allready exploring to start a Multibuy. If I add shipping, import costs + Tax, then it will be € 5,- /cartridge.

Thats because, they look like cartridges Tongue

As far as I can see, they have screws and not the "break to open clamps" that Sunrise uses.
To be honest, I like these way more then the Sunrise Cartridges, and I guess, that a cartridge from Korea is faster deliverd then a cartridge from Sunrise Evil

You are right that these are carts as well butt besides that they share some similarities :P

Break to open clamps are not that great but I normally cut those a bit to make it possible to more easily close and re-open the case again without breaking something !
About delivery time, I'm not sure about that, Rob always delivered them within a week so no complaining there, don't know if packages from Korea will be that fast or cheap with all those greedy customs/douane guys.
But indeed it's looking promising, hope they can deliver a lot of those for a nice price :)

Those are very cool cartridge cases! Maybe they should sell them on eBay.

It would be very nice for homebrew projects if someone could clone the ASCII MSX-Serial 232 cartridge case. This is probably the best cartridge considering the external_size/internal_space and cost relationship.

if there is gonna be some kind of mass purchase, thats gonna lower the customs fees and import taxes from Japan in EU, count me in for a few pieces too.
