Honda expands MSX Trademark to Europe

Honda Acura have filed an additional word trademark for MSX. Previously they had already released the MSX125 motorbike which is now frequently polluting our YouTube searches for new MSX material. This new trademark is not for motorbikes but for cars. It is rumored that the trademark will be used for the small coupé version of the new Honda NSX, so far known as the Baby NSX. MSX fans who want to drive around in a sporty MSX car - preferably with an MSX license plate, of course - will have to wait until 2018 and by then have saved up to roughly $75.000,-.

I hope this trademark prevents other companies to use the letters MSX as well... The mess on the net is already big enough with those motorbikes, car trailers and bike bags...

Euhm, MSX Licensing Corporation (not MSXA) holds the MSX Trademark in Europe as well, but for computers, software and related manuals. If someone wants to register the same word mark they can object to it or allow it. In this case they didn't object.
