All sceners have heard of him. At least the Europeans who were around in the early 90s demo scene. He is the one who is always covered in Scene Music Remake Challenges and even without those challenges he's still being covered. Totally responsible for the intrusion of the italo music genre into the MSX scene and the example of many MSX scene composers.
Are those superlatives? Nope, plain cold facts.

Impact veteran BDD submitted a newspost about a post MSX activity of his. He was part of the group that was going to make a fictious game called Ridge Roamer. Unfortunately the game still hasn't been developed. Just the soundtrack.

BDD mentioned that the music is inspired by MSX RPGs while some of the tracks occasionally feature MSX derived samples and emulated SCC and PSG. He expects the style will be reminiscent of Impact/BDD as his musical development since those days has not been very spectacular.
It's up to you to judge if you can hear BDD in the music.

You can find the music on his personal Soundcloud as well as some old Impact legacy songs. Also check the Indiekator Soundcloud. In the relevant link there is a link to the album itself.

I'm not very familiar with Impact sounds, just a few demos anyway I like the soundtrack, thanks for sharing.

What I like most is this sound for an RPG setting. It's quite a bit different from what is commonly associated with this genre.
