MSX Fair Nijmegen 2019

The announcement for 2019's annual MSX meeting/fair in Nijmegen is coming early this year! Finally!
The organization got very positive remarks of last time's venue in Beuningen and was recently able to book the same location, Dorpshuis De Lèghe Polder, again for the 2019 fair.

There is a small list of attention points:

• build up of the fair will start a bit earlier this time, at 8:30. Come early to help set up the room!
• the new patron stressed again that no food or drinks may be consumed in the gym, to avoid sticky floors. Buy your food and drinks at the bar and consume them close to it. You can't bring your own.
• as as there isn't a restaurant nearby in Beuningen, there will be Chinese food catering, just like last time. But the difference is that catering must be ordered in advance and you have to pay what you ordered. As every year, some people reserve seats for the dinner but unfortunately (have to) cancel on the day itself, this upcoming post-fair dinner will have to be pre-paid to make your reservation valid. The amount is to be announced, but it will probably be less than 15 euros. That way, there are no financial surprises when the caterer has to be paid :)
