It's a good day to grab your earphones and tune the volume rocker to "Are You Insane?" as MRC user Jorito gives us another fine piece of music to get high on. This time around, he decided to take the stage 1 tune from Konami's Nemesis 3 "Follow The Sun" to the next level.

In collaboration with other musicians, Jorito arranged the Nemesis 3 tune in an orchestral setting. In totality, it took 4 years to complete. While the basis for this track was all digital, Jorito sought out for real acoustic instruments to soup the track up a notch. Or two. He found several enthusiastic musicians to help incorporate live recordings. And with success, the symbiosis works quite fine.

The performances by fellow-musicians John, Damian, Gregory, Dave and Ryan really add a lot of life, depth and nuance to the track and improved the final result greatly. Good result, good vibes, making new friends and breathing new life in the already outstanding Konami track.

Enjoy the result on Jorito's YouTube channel or his SoundCloud corner. Of course you might also rock your socks on this from the MRC download database or Music Player.

I have finally found a time to sit and dedicatelly listen to it. I love it, that's amazing work.

I just can imagine the amount of efforts put into making this hapen. Crazy... Very well done!

P.S. Would dream of some more orchestrations... (yes i know it is unlikely, because it takes so much time-effort, but i can at least dream, no?)

Thanks for the kind words, guys Smile

I do want to explore more symphonic pieces this year, and I already have a long one in the pipeline (non MSX though). I might end up doing another MSX one later this year too, mostly depends on inspiration and finding a source track that would be nice to give this kind of treatment.

Hey, nice tune! Congratulations, Jorito.
By the way, would be great to see Nemesis 3 with smooth scrolling.
