As of today you don't have to miss out on any interesting MSX auction on eBay anymore as the 10 worldwide MSX auctions which are about to end are listed on the left-bottom side of your screen from now on. By bidding on MSX auctions after clicking on the items on this left bar, you will donate a bit of money to the MSX Resource Center Foundation (which we can use to pay the increasing hosting bills) without paying extra for the auction.

Other MRC affiliates are Lik-Sang, a large online console gamestore who also sell the GP32, Amazon (where you can also find books on retrogaming and Game soundtracks on CD) and Anime Nation. Of course you can also financially support the MRC by buying products in our Webshop or by donating a bit of money using PayPal. We have also made some minor tweaks and changes on the MRC. See if you can spot them all!

Great initiative MRC!

This way all MRC visitors can easily know where to buy MSX hardware and software!

Did you think your donations pay for the hosting & bandwith?

What's next? A collapse penguin to remove it from the list like the News, Resources and MRC sections? Wink

Nice addition but only 38 items? A search on Ebay.be gives 193 items right now... I have the feeling Euros auctions are not appearing on the MRC - un comble!

At the moment, only auctions are shown from ebay stores that support the affiliate programme. That's not something we can do anything about. We just have to wait for our local ebay sites to start an affiliate programme too. Please enjoy what we have now until that moment.

MSXgamesbox: a search on ebay.be gives indeed 193 results. But only a few of them are really MSX computer related stuff. Please notice that our results are from the right categories. Still, we won't see european auctions indeed.
Addition: ebay UK actions are visible, but they also got an afilliate programme.

No european auctions? -_-;; those are the most useful ones. I like this feature (and never mind the never-incessant remarks from people who *really* can only see the bad side of things, while not having to pay for a thousands-of-visitors-per-day site from their own pocket), but without European auctions it is indeed pretty useless. Let's just hope that eBay.nl will also start an affiliate program. Btw, can't you do international searches through the current thing?

Pitpan, if you had a popular website you would understand how expansive it is to get it hosted properly as bandwidth grows.
