MSXdev09 - three more entries by Yukio

If there would be a prize for the amount of entries one submits to the MSXdev competition, Yukio would've won it already by a mile. After announcing three MSXdev projects in May, he again announces three MSXdev entries. His new entries:

  • Jumping in the Bridge: A 32KB ROM action game
  • In Jail!: A 16KB ROM project with mini games
  • In Jail! Part II: Another mini games entry (the sequel?), expected to be a MegaROM

The ultimate question is of course whether all these games will make the deadline in time, finishing one single game is already quite a challenge. Time will tell.

Yes, taking a lot of 8BK and 16KB games bundle together with a menu. But there are some games that would need more graphical pages, because of it a megaROM is needed.

Maybe, I use some sort of data compression. In the past competitions some persons used BitBuster and similar techniques.
