MSX in the Media: 56th nominee

Hideo Kojima still seems to be very fond of MSX. He keeps mentioning our beloved computer system during interviews, recently re-released both Metal Gear 1 and Metal Gear 2:Solid Snake for cellular phones and the Konami/Metal Gear pages have been nominated several times for the MSX in the Media Challenge, as they contained some infomation on MSX. Evulopah spotted the English pages on the Metal Gear series, on which Konami and Hideo Kojima once again decide to give MSX the credit it deserves. Needless to say, the article has been added to the list of nominees of the MSX in the Media challenge.

Just wondering: how long will this 'challenge' run? Forever? Till the end of the year? Till the 100th nominee?

The challenge was intended to run for a full year (which means it is to end May 2nd, 2005). Personally I had not expeced so many non-MSX-media to pay attention to MSX in such a short timespan. Although we haven't decided it yet, I think the challenge will have a sequel, with some extra 'rules'. The focus of the challenge should lie more in -getting- MSX in the media than -spotting- MSX in the media. Either way, I personally think it's nice to keep posting about MSX appearances in the Media.
