L. Albert (Psychophanta) made a Windows frontend for castools, a utility used to convert .CAS images used by MSX emulators. This frontend will make the conversion from .wav to .cas and the other way around a lot easier than using the regular commandline interface. The frontend is included in the win32 package and can be downloaded here.
