Adriano Camargo Rodrigues da Cunha released 10 new patches for the MegaRAM romloader ExecROM. These patches make it possible to play the games Kikikaikai, NinjaKun, Darwin 4078, Seikima 2, Legendly Knight, Nemesis 3, Rastan Saga, Mr. Ghost, Scramble Formation and Aleste from a MegaRAM cartridge. As for Aleste, an optional 99 or infinite lives cheat comes with the patch.

Just out of curiousity: How many of the MRC readers own a MegaRAM cartridge? Do you own one? Let us know... Smile

That's what I call instantly update! Smile
Snout, could you please fix two typos in the post? The right number now is 6, and the relevant link should be "Adriano's website", not "Adriaon's website". Smile
Thanks!

I don't own one, but what would be the easiest way to get one in Holland? And what would it cost?

or use BlueMSX Smile

But does it also work with normal RAM ? because I have 1024 internal, en 512 external, so memory enough, but no megaRAM.

ExecRom can work without MegaRam, but in this case, it can only handle little roms (not megaroms)

Hi, MegaRAM owners, four more patches were added: Dragon Quest, Nekketsu Judo, Lupin - Castle of Zariostro and Outrun.

Yes, I'm on a roll. Smile There are some MSX projects I'm finishing and hopefully you'll be notified about them here in MRC.

adrcunha: (kind of offtopic)

As we all know, some ROMs have copy-protection - when you run them in RAM, they don't work. Can any of your patches qualify as "protection removing patch", or in order to run a ROM with ExecROM I always need a prepatched ROM ?

Hi cax. Yes, there are "copy-protection removal" patches for ExecROM. An example is the patch for Magical Kid Wiz, available at ExecROM home page. I didn't manage to create patches for all copy-protected ROMs, since most users already use prepatched ROMs.
