The first entry to Konamito's MSX-BASIC Compo 2012 is Knights & Demons by the Spectrum, Amstrad CPC and MSX game developers Kabuto Factory and comes with a Spanish manual and English in-game interface. For those who don't understand Spanish, FiXato has created an English manual

In this game you play the replacement of Bakelor, the Warlord and King of the Solitary Knights of the distant world of Garnik. You have to take charge of an important battle against demons of the evil Lord of Darkness. You do so by inverting tiles on a game board, turning knights into demons and demons into knights in a Conway's Game of Life style. You can invert unlimited tiles in a cross-shape, or a limited amount of single tiles using your pikes. The game has 3 levels of difficulty.
On YouTube you can find a video by FiXato of the gameplay of Knights and Demons in which he finishes all the Easy levels in favour of the knights.

As the submission deadline of 28th of February 2013 is close, hopefully we will still see a flood of last-minute MSX-BASIC submissions to Konamito's annual competition.
