Hi All,

For sale is a NMS8280, including keyboard.

Esthetically, the machine has seen better days (some scratches and discoloration of the white sliders and buttons), but it is working. Keyboard is in fairly bad condition, although fully working as well. Internally, I found an additional custom PCB. I do not know if it is a memory expansion, 7mhz upgrade, or something else.. if someone can help me determine what it is, I can modify this text accordingly ;-)

Sorry for a late reply.. been offline for a while :-)

The machine is located in the netherlands. I will take a picture of the inside of the machine tomorrow-morning, and provide an update!

Revival of an old thread.. oO

Still for sale. Picture of internal PCB:

I believe it is a memory expansion. It has 7 ICs. It is tucked away between the drives and the PSU. I was able to read the partnumber for two ICs (without disassembling half of the machine): one is TMS4464-15NL (RAM?), the other is a SN74LS125AN (buffer?)

That's not 7MHz... If so, it would probably be a small pcb mounted on top of the z80... Most likely there would also be an on/off switch on the front of your computer...

It is an old version of 256 kb.
This version does not work on 7 mhz

But the power supply needs to repair.
The PCB is getting black

Thanks for the clarification.

The system is running fine. Any repairs will not be done by me ;-)
