There is a good z80 assembler that integrates with MSX emulators, like zxSpin?

I´ve found last month a ZX-Spectrum emulator, and I liked it specially because it have a Z80 assembly IDE, and the beauty of it is that you can compile and transfer to emulator´s memory in real time, better than if you are working right in the real computer.
The last version is 0.71s and can be found at https://sites.google.com/site/ulaplus/home/zx-spin-and-basin
There´s a site.google of one of the authors (Paul Dunn) but I can´t get in touch with him, to try to get the source code and adapt it for some MSX emulator:

If you need help to integrate it with openMSX, let me know.

openMSX is capable of doing this kind of things like writing the memory of the emulated MSX from an external application.

All. The debugger uses it, for instance.

WoW! I don´t know which planet I lived, that I didn´t used openMSX yet Sad
But now I´m becoming a huge fan Wink
I´ll get the source code and documentation, maybe I can play a little with it!

If you need any assistance, please come to our IRC channel for live help (#openMSX on FreeNode). The docs are linked to from our website and are all in our subversion repository of course.

Maybe you don't need it anymore, but...

Paul Dunn is known as Dunny in the World of Spectrum forums, where he's still quite active, but he stopped developing ZXSpin and I think right now he can't even compile it. There was a source code release some time ago, but it was incomplete and with many restrictions, so I don't know how useful it will be for you. Here's the post:

Thanks a lot, Metalbrain! I am looking on the code only to get some directions, and then I´ll go to the openMSX documentation and irc (thanks, Manuel!).
I will tell more as soon as I am working on it, but my free time isn´t much these days (that´s the sad part of adultness) so...
