Manel46, you, as I would be in your position, are clearly not affected by the recently named Comic Bakery Syndrome.
In Brazil is just impossible to solve. Netherlands, well, maybe, you can try to find some legal actions collecting proofs of purchase, payment recipes, advertisement and etc... Of course assuming you're also Dutch.

It's possible to file a complaint via PayPal.

Paypal complaint worked for me in my previous order, so I suggest that approach. If not taken any action (from their side), it is after all harder to make business when one's account is limited.

Stop counting from pre-order time.

Has nobody ever had a delay in any of their projects?

Sunrise is a non-profit foundation, existing for 25 years, and you are all bashing it to death, OVER ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Yet when Bazix, which actually was a FOR-PROFIT COMPANY, did not live up to their promises of the Western OCM, almost nobody complained.
When the Woomb games people BOUGHT suddenly *STOPPED WORKING* there were no daily bashes here.

All of you should be ASHAMED and think about what you are doing and how childish and impatient you are behaving.

I think you all made your points very clear.

Let's hope everything turns out for the best and the Nowind interfaces will soon be delivered.

Anyway...

Bazix not getting any criticism? They got a whole lot.

I also think that Sunrise was great. There used to be no problems with orders. Great products were released.
In recent years though, order delivery has been slow/problematic. That's simply an issue. Not mindless bashing.

Apart of tho others comments I only see an user that is asking why nobody replies his mails when the payment is already done, at least to know an aprox. delivery date. It's not an impatient behaviour IMHO. I don't see any special bad intention on that.
