MSX HDMI mutlimedia card

Hello MSX Amateurs, Fans and Gurus!

Here is the cartridge prototype which brings the HDMI connectivity to the existing MSX computers (hope).

The card is built upon the FPGA based hardware emulation principle.
When plugged into MSX slot, it can mimic your MSX internal VDP sending the video to two HDMI screens.
Also it can act as the MSX1->MSX2+ upgrade kit/accelerator/storage/multimedia extender etc.

This card also can work in the stand alone mode emulating 8-16 bit home computers and simple game consoles.

Here is the card itself. It is called Procyon Arcade.

It would be interesting to share the thoughts, ideas and use cases.
The status: all major systems are operational, HDMI works up to 720p with the test design in stand alone mode. Currently debugging the 9918 emulation (very first step).

Well, if I leave now, I could pick you up in Switzerland and arrive at the Fair at 13:00 in Nijmegen
Unfortunately I already had 3 beers, so I'm not allowed to drive tonight.

Looks like for me it would be even more convenient to pick you up on the way, 8 hours to Nijmegen

I'd better spend a bit more time debugging the beast. Showing the hardware displaying the static test picture is a bit boring, IMHO. When I could run the games, it would be just the right moment

Thanks. The thing is - no joystick ports yet. Run out of pins on TQFP144 for the direct connection. Didn't want to put uBGA instead either. For the stand-alone config will have to add a separate controller.
