Hello.
I found a series of Sample TraxPlayer from FMU group [MSX-AUDIO] in a MSX site, but it says that these disks do not work on the emulators because they need a drive controller WD2793.
Is it possible to run these dsk's in OpenMSX?

I tried "traxplayer promo" disk.
In an openmsx phillips 8255 with extension "audio" it works.
but it stutters. it was said "Does not work on emulators".

It works reasonably well on openMSX, because the WD2793 is emulated pretty accurately. Just select machines/extensions that have that FDC (8250 is a good example).

For some unknown reason, the sound still stutters every now and then (or 'mostly' after a while). Perhaps a bug in the MSX-AUDIO emulation, I don't know. I made a ticket for it: https://sourceforge.net/p/openmsx/bugs/520/

openmsx generaly has sound stutter problem.
I mostly note it when changing from "speedup F9" to normal, it often takes long to get rid of hiccup.

The drops never are about high PC cpu load.
Similar the frame drops.
Except there are spikes that taskmanager cant tell.

hit9918: that's a different issue. Did you check these remedies: http://openmsx.sourceforge.net/manual/faq.html#soundproblems
