I remember many years ago i managed to copy some msx heavy protected disks using an amiga 500 and some nibble copiers or xcopy program. The amiga floppy disk controller could really copy everything. If someone owns an amiga should try it.
I think I copied some protected games with 'Koppie". The protection consisted of some empty, unformatted sectors, which Koppie skipped. You then had to unformat the offending sectors. I can't remember the name of that program, but I'm sure one of our MSX guru's can quote names and places.
Sure, it was a three-step way of copying (copy, find out which sectors were supposed to be 'not there', unformat those sectors) but it worked.
I think 'Zoo' (from Radarsoft) was one of those games.
