Delayed NoWind orders to be shipped after all

4 months ago, Team NoWind responded to the many reports of NoWind orders that had not been delivered after a long period of waiting.

Today, an announcement was placed on the NoWind website, revealing that combining all information on missing orders and communicating on behalf of the unfortunate customers has finally paid off. As of now, all ordered NoWind interfaces are being shipped to their new owners.

Team NoWind even offer a solution in case Murphy's law strikes: those that have not received their order by February 5th, 2015, can contact Team Nowind directly and they will personally take care of an alternative solution.

Grauw, do you really think that is a helpful suggestion? Or that you are the only one smart enough to think of it?

The last I heard from Team Nowind was that all the orders had been shipped -- months ago. Hence why I started asking if I was the only one that hadn't received their item. Clearly I am not... :-(

The last news I have is that 13 out of 28 people have not
received their order. It has been 4 months And I wonder if others have received their Nowind o I'm the only one still waiting...
And thanks for your great answer Grauw, but the only mail I received from rob hiep from team nowind is for collect the money of the nowind... doesn't answer the mails... don't return the money....

Tarkus666 fyi Rob Hiep was former Sunrise Foundation, he is not part of (team) Nowind.

As the post says you need to contact Nowind if you haven't received yours yet, you need to get in touch with Jan (Sky_hawk on MRC).

Grauw, did you order a Nowind? Did you receive it? That is the full extent of any question that has been asked. What other question do you see? I certainly don't see any other question to which you claim to be responding.

If it is any of your business, yes I have been in contact with Jan. Yet I have not heard anything from him in months. I have sent a number of emails to Rob in the past as well, but he has never bothered to answer a single one. As for 'handling it in private', you should not presume that we haven't been trying to do just that, or that doing so has been anywhere near as satisfactory as you suggest.

I responded to tarkus666’s “Any news?” post, by saying that if there is any news to be had, it isn’t here. For some reason I am not permitted to say that, it seems.

So, what do you want to achieve by posting here? Just utter your dissatisfaction and lash out at other people who have no fault in the situation created by Sunrise? Start another lynch mob?

Your only hope for still getting something is Team Nowind (even though they’re under no obligation to help you). Posting angrily here achieves nothing. If you can’t get any results from them, I think you’ll have to accept you will never receive a Nowind and move on, because no-one else can help you.

The whole point, since it seem to be unclear, is to find out if others are still in the same situation and to see if they have any news to share with the rest of us. Having received no other communications, it is easy to feel as if one might have been overlooked...

If you are going to communicate on the Internet, it might be in your interest to learn how to differentiate between a 'matter of fact' tone and an angry one. You seem to be having trouble with that. Also, it is at least a bit confusing for you to edit your earlier posts in the thread -- it damages the historical value of a thread, and some might view that as a bit rude...

As you can see by the timestamps, I edited it 14 minutes before you posted your answer, because I thought my original response did not add much value. I did not alter it after your response, so there’s nothing rude about it. Also, I suggest “if you’re smart enough to think of it”, that you review your own posts, mr. matter-of-fact.

Yes it is a very helpful comment to try to verify whether the correct person was contacted. The post I replied to implies the person assumes Rob Hiep is Team Nowind, which is not the case.

It would definitely be NOT helpful to just ignore this topic.

I dont understand why you are channeling your anger towards me. I know it sucks to not having received stuff you paid for but I am merely trying to help out.

For those that can't take the hint -- we know whom to contact about the Nowind devices. We don't need to be pointed at them -- that isn't helpful. We are asking *each other* if anything has changed. We are doing so in public, because we don't know who else is in this situation.

Now everyone, please stop looking for reasons to be offended and go about your business...

Hi tarkus666. I think it's a good idea to write here to check how many still didn't get the NoWind. I still haven''t received it either. Maybe we could get a list of users (are we still 14?) and then write directly to Team NoWind, since one (nice) guy of the team offered himself to solve this situation.
