Sofarun problem running ROMS over 32kb?

I noticed that for any rom over 32kb Sofarun uses a different method to load the rom. The rom appears to load ok (I think with command %GMC1%) but then the next command %GMC2% is run and I get 'unrecognized command'.

How can I fix this? Thanks!
