Questions about Konami carts

BiFi's list lists Konami's baseball as having been released in both Europe and Japan:

RC 724 1 JE 16 PSG 1984 Baseball

However, I have yet to see a listing or even a picture for the English language version of the box or the manual (e.g. https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/mLoAAOSwA71bj7EW/s-l1600.jpg). generation-msx seems to only be aware of the Japanese release. Can anyone confirm whether there really is an EU version - or at least one with English text?

And finally, I occasionally see pictures of Euro Konami carts with the back tabs folded onto the insert - instead of being folded inwards, e.g.: https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/-hAAAOSwwDJcTr6z/s-l1600.jpg

How were the carts sold originally? I always assumed the tabs were glued to the box, but came apart. Was this not the case?

Thanks

I don't know the answer to your first question, but in my opinion, the tabs should be folded inwards. That's how these tabs prevent (more or less) that the plastic black cartridge holder can leave the cover sleave when you slide it open. You can see two notches on the back of the plastic cartridge cover that the tabs should grip. Do you think this solves the tabs mystery?

You're almost certainly right, thanks Smile
