I guess I won't get that if I try to sell my copy included in MGS3 subsistence
..but I ain't selling that anyways.

The game IS in good state, so like wolf_ already said, it has a value of at least 200 euros.

A trade is possible, but I don't think a boxed "Konami's Mahjong" is worth 200 euro.
