For me is all clear MSX2/2+ VDP can show through Interlacing more vertical resolutions than just 192/224 in Screen 0(80) and that is very clever now who make the first game using it obscure never used screen mode.

I guess that most (or all) demos made by this coder require to not use a disk drive.... They combine normal BASIC with X-BASIC and use the part of the memory reserved for disk drives.

So, what you wanna show? He asqing me way, to start code IN EMULATOR. But this code nice working on my YIS503IIIR.
PS: Also, Colines variant of this program here on forum, even in .com version, for starting like screensaver for MM, with corrected settings.

Yes, its not possible. But its not so big trouble for applications, that working using such methods.

So I will explain, why I not post sources, and no any comments about method, ok.
I come and show you all NEW TEXT SCREEN MODE for MSX2 and above.
Why its SCREEN MODE?
Coz it able show ONLY TEXTS with BLINK AREAS, with DOUBLE ROW HEIGHT, newer used in MSX2 before, newer seen anywhere in MSX2....
And you say me: it fake, and you liar....
Here, in home of MSX?!
Why should I prove something to you?
If you not trusting me, prove why it not possible.
If you smart, you get checking it self.

After almost all of my messages with something new, people write “fake” and “liar”. And only a few try to figure it out, clarify the details, and make contact.

PS: The last similar case was when I said that I can show 200 sprites on the MSX2 screen at the same time. Even when I showed 224 sprites on a real machine, no one believed me. So what's the point of proving something to someone, and wasting time and energy on it when I can move on?

What would have been constructive is either to create something with your discovery and / or to indicate how to proceed. Just coming to say that the VDP can do that and asking to take your word for it is not constructive. It only makes you pretentious giving the impression that you enjoy our ignorance.

So keep your secret to yourself and make something with it, either share it with us, but stop beating around the bush please.
