Quite sad to see this happen, those are two rarities as Sunrise no longer produces them, even though there are derivatives... Hope someone can help get them working again.

The problem started with that Chinese button that diverts two voltages +5V and +12V bringing them closer inside. When you touch it you will notice strong spikes. So the best solution would have been a voltage converter like the one from 1chipMSX and Zemmix Neo or an upstream power button on 240V~ AC.

Hi WORP3, they are for the Sunrise IDE cartdriges.

Using a TL866II Plus I suppose.

I can see this chip in the Device Support List.
http://www.autoelectric.cn/MiniPro/TL866II_List.txt

ATF16V8 is in the list.

They're a bit bulky for such a small computer, but it ani't a bad thought. I put barrel connectors on some lines of an ATX PSU for my bartop as well and it works a charm.

But yes, a bit bulky Smile

I can confirm that both the older TL866 and the TL866II program the ATFV16V8 just fine.
The ATF16V8 are still available at a good price.

Nb. ATF22V10 can only be programmed with the TL866II
