You paid for Mirilla or for Nogalious? Either way, I'm sorry to hear that. They are gone, and I'm afraid that your money is gone with them.
I can consider myself lucky because I was finally refunded (MSX tape version of Nogalious is not going to be released after all), but my tipo for all of you is: stay away from LuegoLu3go studios; they suck at all levels.
Try to request a refund:

My payment was direct to LuegoLu3ggo. I think they owe me 56euro. Disgraceful.
Based on the amount, I guess you paid for the cartridge version. The cartridge version has been released; they should have given you a cartridge. Which mail did you try to contact them? They replied me at support@luegolu3go.com

Website is still online. Where is this info based up on? Source please. Explain.
I'm based on my own experience.
They came to the retrodevelopment world to make money. Their kickstarter campaign smells fishy. They behave like douchebags (at least in the Spanish scene; but I also remember some frictions with OpenMSX team), and then half-released a questionable quality product. Their public communication has been very poor in kickstarter, with huge delays and very little information to reassure the backers. The Steam version does not work and the forum is full of people looking for a non-existing answer. They have started to yield just a few weeks agos and started to refund money (but when I contacted them a couple of times in the past to try to get a refund, and they answered me in a condescending, almost insulting, tone). And LuegoLu3go (@luegolu3go) and Raul Nogales (@raulnogales) stopped twitting about one year ago...
From my point of view, the story is clear: they took all the money they could from the retro scene, and now their name is known (and I doubt any person I know will every buy them another game), they are fleeing.
If I understand correctly, it’s not even worth ordering them a game on their site ?
Well, the Steam version DOES work... But when I supported the kickstarter for the MSX version I expected an MSX .ROM image, but instead I got a STEAM version running inside an emulator. But in the end, the game couldn't hold my attention for a longer time so I never got around at really playing it extensivly. It just doesn't feel like an MSX game, playing it on my PC.
And some extra MSX2 colors would have been nice.
I also doubt we will ever see a 2nd and a 3rd part. I think they started it with good intentions, but underestimated the whole thing, got overwhelmed and screwed up.
At this moment, the STEAM version is still running in OpenMSX, probably not according to it's license.

I suggest you to try the demo of the MSX version online (thanks, tfh!) and judge yourself.
If you like the MSX version, I would suggest buying the cartridge directly from Matra here.

Mostly agree... but I have my doubts about the "good intentions".
I got an answer from Raul Nogales (LuegoLu3go):
"Thank you for your email. You can buy Nogalious MSX on our site www.luegolu3go.com/store
Delivery time is:
1 day in Spain
3-5 days in Europe
5-10 Days rest of countries
Best"
:)
