Pumpkin Adventure 2 - Sepertron's Phone #?

I'm playing Pumpkin Adventure 2 right now, as I was finally able to track down a CIB copy, and I'm having a great time with it! Except, I'm currently stuck, and hoping someone who remembers this game can give me some help...

Basically, I made it to the town on the north side of Fir-Wood, but the guards won't let me in unless I give them the password. There's a public phone nearby, and your party members say to try calling Sepertron to find the password... and then you're prompted to type a phone number to call.

Only problem is, Sepertron's phone number was never told to the player, as far as I can tell! And I can't find it anywhere. Nor can I enter Sepertron's house again to talk to him directly.

It doesn't seem like I'm able to continue playing the game until I enter a phone number here, though, as I've exhausted everything else there is to do.

So, does anyone know where to find Sepertron's phone number? I feel like it might be some kind of pop culture reference from the early '90s or something -- something players in the Netherlands would be expected to know at the time, but which I, an American living in Japan in the year 2020, am absolutely clueless about.

I'd really like to continue playing the game, though, so any help you can give would be greatly appreciated!

I am certain it was said in a village; maybe after playing a mini game or on something you can interact with like some paper on wall or something. I'd have to look it up. I know for sure it is not a cultural reference. There are other people you can call besides sepertron though which will give you some in jokes about people in the scene back then IIRC. But these numbers are provided in the game itself.

Hmm. There's only been one village I have access to so far, though, and there aren't many screens to explore there, nor many NPCs to talk to. If the phone number is said somewhere in the village, I wouldn't know where! Maybe it's a particular wall or tree I haven't checked, though...

EDIT: No, there doesn't appear to be anyone in Village Nelusco, nor any wall or tree there, that gives me any phone numbers at all. I also tried checking the manual, in case this was like a copy-protection kind of scenario -- and though the whole manual is in Dutch, it was pretty easy to tell what each section was saying, and none of them listed any phone numbers or anything.

Whoops! So, yeah, this was definitely me missing something. There's a phone book right next to the phone, and it's got Sepertron's number written right in it.

The reason I missed it is because it's in the booth with the phone, and you pretty much have to enter and get prompted to dial a number, but not have any numbers to dial, before you can even access the phone book. And I didn't even realize you could move around inside the booth -- I thought you could just enter it, and then that was it.

So yeah, this was just my own dumbness!
