What is different in computer games? Should their be categorized into the same class as conventional media?

There are interactive books with multiple endings, even the ones without Compact Disc Dramas. The same could be valid for Role Playing Books that are played with statistics, cards and dices. Some movies does have multiple endings, like the Interactive Movies presented on Laser Discs at the arcades.

Do you believe that some of the restrictions for newer forms of medias are really fair?

They're computer games. It's a totally new concept (ah well, since 1973-ish at least) and the reason why it was called 'computer games' is because it doesn't resemble anything that you mentioned. Yes, they are computer games.

"Ah, what a cute baby, it SO resembles his mommy!" *WRONG*

And the BASIC lists are what? Computer games without a computer to play !?

Let's see the correct answers:
A game could be saved into ...
a Compact Disc
a Video Tape
one Laser Disc
or even written into a BOOK!

Now, how someone can digit that lists to play the game without copy the contend of the book !?

By the way, in the past the translations of BOOKs were legal in Brazil ... Imports (physical media) not !!!

Now, imports and lists are OK ...
