Can anyone tell me if there is anything I can do to make Japanese MSX1 cartridges run on my British Toshiba HX10.

As far as I know, all Japanese carts (except Metal Gear 2) should work on European MSX'es. Are you sure it's not an MSX2 game? (What's the name of the game?)

On some Konami games the texts also turn into English if you put them to UK MSX, but there is no easy solution to that problem.
