I don't know if anyone here figured this out yet, but I think "Manbow" might be the result poor romanization. I noticed that sunfish are called "manbo" in Japanese, and looking at pictures, the ship is actually quite reminiscent of sunfish. I'm sorry if this is already widely known or if I'm completely of the hook.

I don't know if it's widely known, but it's kind of obvious. I mean, at least for the people that know about the Manbo fish.

Yes, most of the game engines are at least partially operational. Do you want to be a "beta" tester? I need someone to test them on a real MSX machine.

By the way, I uploaded some files on Yahoo!Groups to test the generic routines. To be fair with the topic, I possess some byte scroll routines for shooters with fishes. Their were popular on older consoles and microcomputers!

Into some games I can use both Screen2/4 for graphics. I believe that Space Manbow also use Screen 4 for the gameplay. Sometimes when someone do not possess enough experience or graphics, could be easier to use standard graphics from animals or fishes!
