This Sega building isn't there anymore in Akihabara. It contained many arcade consoles.

Ah, that's like Sega World in London. Many many floors with sega arcades.
In London, when you enter you get onto a LOOOOONG escalator, moving up ~10 floors all at once, and at the top there's a tourist shop thingy, and then you can only get down one way: spiral down past all arcades on each floor.

Very ingenious, and cool too
