I would be interested in your famous F-Kernel v2.40 (MIDAS - OS),
but there is not the system disk into download section of your site...
It's possibile get it?
howdy Where did that link come from?
What's ye plan KdL? The thing is, it's a programmers kernel; there's no GUI or whatever. there's documentation, thank god. I've been working on v2.55 a few years ago. The major change was the use of TSR or Services; programs that are dynamically changing but can reside in memory. Think music players for example. Just by initiation a (known) music format the Kernel will dynamically assign the right replayer. This means all replayers should have a uniform calling routine. A "service" should handle those thing (a replayer proxy so to speak). It works very cool, but it's far from ready tho.
Whadda ya gonna do with it KdL ? (I'm asking cuz it only "boots" in a programming paradigm)
haha, it is!
to be frank, it IS public. but not published cuz ..of the complexity involved... and I'm not the guy who's willing to answer all them fan mails about FK. uhuhuh.
u want a copy, I'll send it. you will get a disk which boot FK with Wbass2 included. u know we customized that brill piece of coding app to integrate with FK. If yer not a programmer, you're business is elsewere. FK is pure for programmers. Umax, for example, made use of FK in their games. the sunrise mag runs completely on FK too.
